For the past 20 years Mr. Findley has been working with small to mid-size businesses; the first part of his career in growth opportunities in which he would help build up sales and sell the businesses off and the latter part orchestrating a roll-up of 16 bankrupt, insolvent, and distressed brands. While growth initiatives are very different than turnaround work, he has gained extremely valuable knowledge of how to take advantage of strengths within a business, reshape the business plan, and then execute on the deliverables. He has worked in many industries like medical devices, promotional products, and direct marketing to name a few. From 2008 through 2012, he rolled up and then exited 16 brands that, without his guidance, were bankrupt or out of business. Today, these brands exist and are operating under new owners. He then began to develop the latest business model of a roll-up strategy through acquisitions utilizing a small publicly traded company, Halitron Inc.
